We understand you might be anxious about your first visit to a new dentist, but our skilled and caring team is here to help make the process as easy as possible. Below are a collection of resources to help you understand your payment options and to prepare for your first visit.

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive examination of your oral health, full mouth x-rays, consideration of your dental history and an evaluation of any signs of potential issues, or symptoms you may be experiencing. Often times, a cleaning can be performed at this first visit.

We suggest arriving for your first appointment 15 minutes early so that you can complete any required paperwork for our new patient intake process. You can get a head start on your new patient paperwork by downloading and filling out the new patient forms found below.

Insurance Information

We can accept most major PPO insurance plans, including but not limited to those listed below. If you do not see your plan listed, please do not hesitate to contact us and inquire further.

Payment Information

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Please understand that the patient is ultimately responsible for all fees incurred, including deductibles or any treatment that may not be covered by your insurnace plan.

Financing options are also available through CareCredit, which can be used for any out of pocket expenses and pay for your treatment with affordable monthly payment options. Short term and longer term financing options are avilable, and are interest free for expenses over $200, when paid as agreed during promotional term lengths.

Once you have been approved, this card can be used not only at Healthy Smiles, but also at any of 250,000 enrolled healthcare providers across the nation. There are no annual fees and no need to re-apply once approved.
